Cubewano Ethics Policy

Cubewano, where possible, strives to conform and apply ethical values in the most appropriate manner within modern society. We believe that ethical policies and values should not only consider the company but all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Employment
Cubewano is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to ensuring that the terms and conditions of employment are equitable and non-discriminatory. Further, Cubewano will continually monitor its policies and practices to ensure that these principles are upheld. It is the employee's right to be treated with dignity and respect, which in turn will be conducive to performance, self-development and career advancement. Every executive, manager and employee has a responsibility to implement this policy. 

Community & CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
At Cubewano, we recognise the importance of corporate citizenship and where possible will source staff and suppliers from our local environment. We are committed to maintaining and building our local social environment. We also feel we are in part responsible for our local community and will, where possible, try to invest back into the public environment that has itself supported us.

Governance
Cubewano's board of directors consists solely of direct board members and shareholders. The corporate governance is at all times transparent and we do not allow shadow board members. Where viable, Cubewano will show total transparency with regards to the control of the company, but reserve the right to not disclose shareholders details to the public domain.

Ethical customers and relations
Due to the possible military end use of Cubewano products, we reserve the right to refuse sales to companies, groups or countries that are, or may possibly be, connected in any way with hostile actions against Cubewano, its corporate citizenship, its stakeholders and, most importantly, in conflict with any current customers.
