Cubewano strictly adheres to NDA agreements

IP is taken very seriously at Cubewano. We recognise that there are essentially two forms of IP; registered and internal. Where possible we will only register patents after validation of the principle and when we feel that it is an invention we will use. We do, however, realise that patenting also publicises the product, so we file patents at the appropriate time with respect to industry progress and our own internal requirements.
Internal IP - we consider this to be the know-how in manufacturing and assembly that goes into making a Cubewano engine remarkable. Wankel rotary engines are notoriously difficult to manufacture and both we and our suppliers strive to protect the knowledge gained having perfected this process. To this end Cubewano strictly adheres to NDA agreements between all parties that are privy to such information.
Cubewano currently has 9 patents pending. We expect many more to be filed within the coming months as more and more designs are verified, particularly in the area of heavy fuel development.
