Cubewano has a flexible design team with full analysis and test facilities.
We utilise the latest rapid design techniques from skeleton design CAD templates, analysis is performed using FEA and CFD techniques.
Development programs are controlled to DoD earned value reporting requirements and comply with AS9100
In-house inspection, assembly and test facilities guarantee that the final product is delivered on time and to specification.

An engine specific to your requirements
These services cost less than you may think. Subject to MOQ, we are willing to carry the development costs or allow sole rights to a particular design - it will be your engine.*

• Your own engine
  Custom power based on current designs
  Cubewano is able to 'tune' the power and rpm requirements both by engine tuning and also varying the width of the rotor assembly giving you the perfectly optimised engine size and characteristic for your application. In certain circumstances, prototypes can begin testing in less than 12 weeks.
• Custom engines:
  Using known engine design technology, which has been proven on the current range of engines, Cubewano is able to quickly design and manufacture a prototype engine to your requirements, from under 1hp to over 200hp. Anything is possible thanks to the scalable technologies Cubewano has developed.
• Custom packaging
  Cubewano will assist with, and even perform all packaging work to install our engines into your vehicle. This includes systems level integration assistance. Muffler form factor can also be designed to meet your vehicle's physical and noise requirements.
• Work alongside your designers
• On-site facilities for your designers to work in.

We at Cubewano are relentlessly pushing the boundaries of technology to consistently improve our products year upon year. Technological work is moving at rapid pace and constant innovation is the key. We strive on continuous development and refuse to sit still or become complacent.
Examples of projects which we have developed and perfected include Specific Fuel Consumption (SPC) and Heavy Fuel Starting.
